Use of these rooms should be arranged through the Wedding Director. Please be certain both rooms are left as they are found. The decorations and materials in these rooms must not be disturbed.

Facility Use Policy

Please see that all of your wedding participants and hired service personnel are aware of and carefully observe the following:

The bride and groom are responsible for any damage to the church facilities.

When access to the church facilities is necessary by you, members of your wedding party, florist, caterer, or fired service personnel, you must notify the Wedding Director in advance.

Special protective care must be exercised by those providing flowers and plants to see that the carpets, woodwork and furnishing are protected from water and other possible damage. Mats or dishes should be used under all flowers and plants, especially on the wooden platform areas.

No tacks, nails or other objects are to be used that mar the woodwork or finish.

Tape is not to be used on any painted surface. Use tape sparingly and please remove it immediately following the wedding ceremony or reception.

In the main sanctuary, the platform area can be cleared for your wedding by the Deacon. However, no musical instruments will be moved.

Nothing may be placed on the piano or organ other than sheet music.

Dripless candles only are to be used in the facilities, and must be pre-approved by the church office. Plastic drop cloths are to be provided as protection for the platform by the couple.
